Refund policy

All products sold on Urban Teen Trendz are made-to-order. We don't keep anything in stock. Meaning, that as soon you place an order, we get to work creating your product. 

For that reason, due to the custom nature of our products, we don't offer any kind of "buyer's remorse" refunds on products. We can only offer refunds on items that arrive damaged or misprinted.

If you receive an item that is damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photographic proof of the issue to initiate a refund process.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you have a damaged/defective product, your product has been misprinted or you encounter other issues with your order, please contact us.
